Last 3 weeks…

I haven’t been very active lately on bloging but, since I am not that good at it… I don’t think it was a big loss.

Anyway, like usual I had several ideas going in my mind about what to write but, since my English is so bad I find it hard some times to express good enough or in a nice manner to be appealing for readers.

Skipping all this or… with this in mind I will make a short recap on last few weeks that I was “away”. In this case away means focused to pass my trial

1 month ago I was speaking about a faction change and a xfer in Hello, my name is Maitreyi. From that moment a lot of things have happened:

How to do it?

Open Power Auras with /powa

Go to Global tab and press import the code you want. The reason you want them in global tab is because will be available on your alts also.

Maitreyi and last day on Al’Akir

Was a lot of discussions on my guild lately about migrating or not. Not necessary taking a free transfer (even that will make it easier for people with many alts) but just trying to get away from the 2h queues and the crappy lag we had almost each time we raided.

The biggest thing that happened at the end of this week is that server  Al’Akir has now  almost 99.9% horde population and… all this was a mater of a few hours.

How it begin?

WTB Oculus random…

To encourage players not to shy away from the many invigorating adventures to be had in The Oculus, we have applied a change to enhance the rewards players are provided when selected for this dungeon via the Random Heroic option in the Dungeon Finder. Once Ley-Guardian Eregos is defeated, one loot bag per character will be provided in his chest in addition to the current rewards. Each loot bag will offer players rare gems, two additional Emblems of Triumph, and a chance of being rewarded the Reins of the Blue Drake. These fine treasures could be yours should you honor your fellow party members by besting the challenges contained within The Oculus! Keep in mind, however, that these extra loot bags will only be awarded to each party member if Oculus is selected by the Dungeon Finder when players choose the Random Heroic option.

Sounds good, right? At least it did for me, and… since I really like that instance

Happy New Year! and… some random things

First I would like to wish a Happy New Year to everyone.  I spent my Holidays away from forums, blog… mail… but I did play a bit to, so… I kinda missed the e-mails I got. I am sorry I did not answer earlier.

My year didn’t start to good because I have left the guild I was in… I know I had another attempt like 1 month ago but people managed to make me change my mind… even so, the problem if I may say so was still there and This time I decided that I want to log with pleasure in game and enjoying it like I use to do.

It might be also my fault because some might say I am to sensitive but… this it is, and I prefer to have a break even than playing frustrated each day.

Anyway, now I am in a search of a guild… hint! hint! and I don’t mind being alliance because I always wanted to play a draenei.

On the other side… here are a few things about my UI…

Questions about Bati’s UI

1. Experience bar

Use the Minimap Button to make Dominos bars editable: that means right click on it. The experience bar is under action bar 1; use mouse middle click to make it visible or to hide it.

Also, now you can move and position it where ever you want.

2. How I find calendar?

You can access Calendar via  Chinchilla.

2.2 Right click on Minimap and the menu for Chinchilla will show up. Go to Show/hide and check Calendar. Now it will show on your minimap and you can access it from there.

3. I don’t want auto decline duels/accept invites/repair

The add-on that does this is aSettings. Go to WoW/Interface/Addons/aSettings and opn the .lua file (with F4 if you don’t have another option like… always open with… Notepad).

Delete any of the lines you don’t want there:

I was borred at work…

Since I can’t read a lot of places I was on before this wall thingy at my work… now I use this time reading more blogs. I was doing it before also, but not that much.

Now… there are some very good posts out there and I did read them some time ago, but last night been noticing (even in my guild) that people still don’t know what loot is out there…

Everyone should do a wish list with the gear they aim for. As usual the loot table is available on mmo-champions (can’t give link…qq!) and most of the sites like wowhead.com, official sites, and so on. Bloggers also have been busy and made some lists:
